Once your application is approved, you will receive an email with an invoice and payment link to secure your participation.

Step 3 • Make payment.
On the payment page you will get the options to pay via debit/credit card, Paypal or bank transfer (please add your invoice number).

Step 4 • Receive a confirmation email
After your payment, you will receive a confirmation by email! It’s now time to arrange your trip to Da Nang!!

Since the Da Nang Tattoo Festival is held at the Nesta Hotel, you are welcome to book a room for a discounted price of 1.2mln VND/night (circa $50).
The room is for 2 people and the price it’s including breakfast.

• Contest registrations are open to all professional Vietnamese and International Tattoo Artists.
• The fee to enter the contest is 2.5mln/VND (circa $106).
• Every artist can enter any contest with max 2 tattoos.
• Every tattoo can be registered at max 2 different contest.
• Every artists without a booth can compete with max 5 different tattoos in total.
• Every registration is subject to approval.
• The deadline for all contest registrations & payments is 10th of May 2023.
• Artists are responsible for all costs related to transportation, fees, insurance, damage and tax costs incurred during the event.
• The Artist agrees and commits to self-preserve all items in his booth and all related equipment and materials.
• The organization will take all necessary precautions to protect and secure the exhibitors, but is not responsible for the safety, loss or damage.
• If due to “Force Majeure” circumstances, (natural disaster, flood, epidemic, etc.) the exhibition needs to be closed on any date or to change its opening hours, the organizers reserve the right to do so at their sole discretion.
• In case the show is cancelled, the organizer will return all booth rent but will not be responsible for the cost of any work done by the participating artists or their contractors.
• The organization reserves the right to prevent any activity of any exhibiting artist that may disturb the activities of other artists or visitors.
• Organizers reserve all rights to adjust any terms and conditions without prior notice.
• No Refunds on any contest cancellation within 15 days prior to the event.

In Vietnam is extremely important to respect the local culture, so please make sure to comply with the following governmental rules:

• Tattoo on private body parts are not allowed during the show.
• Tattoos should not contain any explicit sexual images or offensive images against the Vietnamese culture.
• All tattoo models should always keep their private parts and genitals covered (no exceptions).
• The organization reserves the right to forcefully remove and permanently ban, both the tattoo artists and the model when the above rules are broken.
