Tattoo Artist Booth Registration

Booth Terms & Conditions

  • Booth registrations are open to all professional Vietnamese and International Tattoo Artists.
  • Every booth registration is subject to approval (within 24 hours).
  • If your application is approved, we will advertise your attendance BUT your booth is NOT CONFIRMED until your payment is received in full!!!
  • The deadline for all booth payments is the 30th of April 2023.
  • Artists are responsible for all costs related to storage, transportation, fees, insurance, damage and tax costs incurred during the event.
  • The Artist agrees and commits to self-preserve all items in his booth and all related equipment and materials.
  • The organization will take all necessary precautions to protect and secure the exhibitors, but is not responsible for the safety, loss or damage.
  • If due to “Force Majeure” circumstances (natural disaster, governmental rulings, flood, epidemic, etc.) the exhibition needs to be closed on any date or to change its opening hours, the organizers reserve the right to do so at their sole discretion.
  • In case the show is cancelled due to circumstances out of our control, we may return the booth rent to the best of our ability. However we won’t be responsible for any other travel or accommodation expenses incurred by the participants.
  • The organization reserves the right to prevent any activity of any exhibiting artist that may disturb the activities of other artists or visitors.
  • Artist’s booth is allowed to sell drawings, t-shirts and general merchandising.
  • Organizers reserve all rights to adjust any terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • No Refunds on any booth cancellation within 15 days prior to the event.

RESPECT THE LOCAL CULTURE

In Vietnam is extremely important to respect the local culture, so please make sure to comply with the following governmental rules:

  • Tattoo on private body parts are not allowed during the show.
  • Tattoos should not contain any explicit sexual images or offensive images against the Vietnamese culture.
  • All tattoo models should always keep their private parts and genitals covered (no exceptions).
  • The organization reserves the right to forcefully remove and permanently ban, both the tattoo artists and the model when the above rules are broken.
