We are now accepting Traders applications for the 1st edition of the Da Nang Tattoo Festival.

If you would like to see your brand featured alongside the leading tattoo artists today, please fill out the form below to apply for a booth.

TRADER BOOTH

The Trader Booth is for tattoo supplies and general vendors. NOT for F&B.

SIZES AND PRICES

  • Starter Booth = Size 2 x 2m = $630 (15.000.000 VND)
  • Medium Booth = Size 3 x 2m = $850 (20.000.000 VND)
  • Large Booth Size = Size 4 x 2m = $1050 (25.000.000 VND)
  • Jumbo Booth Size = Size 5 x 2m = $1250 (30.000.000 VND)

BOOTH PRICE INCLUDES

  • 2 to 5 Trader weekend passes
  • 2 to 5 Guests weekend tickets

REGISTRATIONS PROCESS

Step 1 • Submit application.
Complete the below application form and specify your preferred booth.

Step 2 • Receive approval email & invoice.
Once your application is approved, you will receive an email with an invoice and payment link to secure your booth.

Step 3 • Make payment.
On the payment page you will get the options to pay via debit/credit card, Paypal or bank transfer (please add your invoice number).

Step 4 • Receive a booth number = CONFIRMED!!
After your payment, you will receive a booth number by email! Congratulations: your BOOTH IS CONFIRMED and it’s now time to arrange your trip to Da Nang!!

Booth Terms & Conditions

  • Every booth registration is subject to approval.
  • If your application is approved, your booth is NOT CONFIRMED until your payment is received in full!!!
  • Deadline for all booth payments is the 30th of April 2023.
  • Traders are responsible for all costs related to storage, transportation, fees, insurance, damage and tax costs incurred during the event.
  • The trader agrees and commits to self-preserve all items in his booth and all related equipment and materials.
  • The organization will take all necessary precautions to protect and secure the exhibitors, but is not responsible for the safety, loss or damage.
  • If due to “Force Majeure” circumstances, (natural disaster, flood, epidemic, etc.) the exhibition needs to be closed on any date or to change its opening hours, the organizers reserve the right to do so at their sole discretion.
  • In case the show is cancelled, the organizer will return all booth rent but will not be responsible for the cost of any work done by the participating traders or their contractors.
  • The organization reserves the right to prevent any activity of any exhibiting trader that may disturb the activities of other artists or visitors.
  • Organizers reserve all rights to adjust any terms and conditions without prior notice.
  • No Refunds on any booth cancellation within 15 days prior the event.
